The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency will accept online applications for its elderly and disabled only public housing properties from 7:30 a.m. Sept. 1 until 4 p.m. Sept 15, 2015. Click here to apply.
MDHA owns and operates four elderly and disabled only properties: Hadley Park Towers on John A. Merritt Boulevard, Madison Towers on North Dupont Avenue in Madison, Parthenon Towers on 28th Avenue North and Vine Hill Studio Apartments on Benton Avenue. These properties are for people who are 62 years of age or older, or a person who has a verified disability.
MDHA staff at the four elderly and disabled only properties will be available during the open application period from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Monday through Friday to assist with completing an online application. Computers are also available at all branches of the Nashville Public Library.
The open application period is for a waiting list, and the time and date an application is submitted has no effect on an applicant’s position on the list.
