MDHA has opened its waiting list for Sudekum Apartments, a family property located at 101 University Court. Anyone currently on the Sudekum Apartments waiting list will need to reapply.
Please click here for a direct link to the application. Online only applications are now being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until 3 p.m. Feb. 23, 2018, and can be submitted online 24 hours a day during the waiting list period.
The new online only application is more extensive than the previous online only application and will require additional time and information. A valid email address is required, and participants will be notified by email when their application is received.
Assistance with the application will be provided by Catholic Charities of Tennessee from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday during the open application period at their C.E. McGruder Family Resource Center at 2013 25th Ave. North.
Applicants in need of assistance may also stop by the Sudekum Apartments management office between 1 and 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 13 or Thursday, Feb. 22. The Sudekum Apartments management office is located at 101 University Court.
Anyone needing access to a computer with internet service may visit a public library.
Sudekum Apartments is a traditional family property with two through five bedroom units.
