MDHA has opened its waiting list for Cumberland View, a family property located at 2316 25th Ave. North. Anyone currently on the Cumberland View waiting list will need to reapply.
Please click here for a direct link to the application. Online only applications are now being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until 3 p.m. March 30, 2018, and can be submitted online 24 hours a day during the waiting list period.
The new online only application is more extensive than the previous online only application and will require additional time and information. A valid email address is required, and participants will be notified by email when their application is received.
Assistance with the application will be provided by Catholic Charities of Tennessee from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday during the open application period at their C.E. McGruder Family Resource Center at 2013 25th Ave. North.
Anyone needing access to a computer with internet service may visit a public library.
Cumberland View is a traditional family property with one through six-bedroom units.
MDHA will open two more waiting lists over the next three weeks.
- The waiting list for CWA Plaza Apartments will be open from noon March 22, 2018 until 3 p.m. April 2, 2018. The property, located at 500 Shelby Ave., offers two and three-bedroom units.
- The waiting list for Edgehill Apartments will be open from noon April 5 until 3p.m. April 16, 2018. The property, located at 1277 12th Ave. South, offers one through five-bedroom units.
Each property has its own waiting list, so applicants will need to fill out a new application for each property.
