MDHA has opened its waiting list for Cayce Place on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at noon Oct. 22, 2018 and continuing through 3 p.m. Oct. 29, 2018. Anyone currently on the Cayce Place waiting list will need to reapply.
This waiting list is for existing units only. It does not include the units currently under construction.
Please click here for a direct link to the application. Online only applications are now being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until 3 p.m. Oct. 29, 2018, and can be submitted online 24 hours a day during the waiting list period.
The new online only application in 2018 is more extensive than the previous online only application and will require additional time and information. A valid email address is required, and participants will be notified by email when their application is received.
Assistance with the application will be provided by Catholic Charities of Tennessee from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday during the open application period at their C.E. McGruder Family Resource Center at 2013 25th Ave. North.
Applicants in need of assistance may also stop by the Cayce Place management office between 9 and 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct 23, 2018 or Friday, Oct. 26 2018. The Cayce Place management office is located at 510 Summer Place.
Anyone needing access to a computer with internet service may visit a public library.
Cayce Place is an MDHA property with one to five bedroom units.
