MDHA has opened its waiting list for Napier Place on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at noon Wednesday, Feb. 12 and continuing through 3 p.m. Monday, Feb. 17, 2020. Napier Place is one of MDHA’s family properties and features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Please click here for a direct link to the application. Online only applications are now being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and can be submitted online 24 hours a day.
The new online-only application, which was created in 2018, is more extensive than the previous online-only application and will require additional time and information. A valid email address is required.
Assistance with the application will be provided by Catholic Charities of Tennessee from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Monday through Friday during the open application period at their C.E. McGruder Family Resource Center at 2013 25th Ave. North.
Applicants who are in need of assistance may also stop by the Napier Place management office at 648 Claiborne St. between noon and 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 12 and 1 to 3 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14.
Anyone needing access to a computer with internet service may visit a public library.
