The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) has opened its waiting lists for Andrew Jackson Courts on a first-come, first-served basis from noon Oct. 20, 2020, until 3 p.m. Oct. 23, 2020. Anyone currently on the Andrew Jackson Courts waiting list will need to reapply.
Please click here for a direct link to the application. Online-only applications are now being accepted and can be submitted online 24 hours a day during the waiting list period. The application is simple and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Applicants will need to register a new username and password and have a valid email address. Once an application is submitted, applicants will receive an email confirming that the application was submitted successfully.
Applicants interested in Andrew Jackson Courts who are in need of assistance may call the management office at 615-252-3708 (choose option 3 when prompted) between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. during the open application period. Andrew Jackson Courts is located at 1457 Jackson St. and features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Assistance is limited to phone calls in light of the COVID-19 outbreak.
