The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) has opened its waiting lists for Vine Hill Apartments on a first-come, first-served basis from noon Dec. 10, 2020, until 3 p.m. Dec. 14, 2020. Anyone currently on the Vine Hill Apartments waiting list will need to reapply.

Online-only applications are now being accepted and can be submitted online 24 hours a day during the waiting list period at www.nashville-mdha.org (click on the button that says Apply for Affordable Housing). The application is simple and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Applicants will need to register a new username and password and have a valid email address. Once an application is submitted, applicants will receive an email confirming that the application was submitted successfully.
Applicants interested in Vine Hill Apartments who are in need of assistance may call the management office at 615-383-5205 (choose option 3 when prompted) between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. during the open application period. Assistance is limited to phone calls in light of the COVID-19 outbreak.
Vine Hill Apartments is located at 601 Benton Ave. and features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
MDHA will open two more waiting lists this month.
- The waiting list for J. Henry Hale Apartments will be open from noon Dec. 15, 2020, until 3 p.m. Dec. 18, 2020. J. Henry Hale Apartments is located at 1433 Jo Johnston Ave. and features one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. Applicants interested in J. Henry Hale Apartments who are in need of assistance may call the management office at 615-252-3667 (choose option 3 when prompted) between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. during the open application period.
- The waiting list for Parkway Terrace will be open from noon Dec. 17, 2020, until 3 p.m. Dec. 21, 2020. Parkway Terrace is located at 196 N. Seventh St. and features one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments. Applicants interested in Parkway Terrace who are in need of assistance may call the management office at 615-252-3737 (choose option 3 when prompted) between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. during the open application period.
Each property has its own waiting list, so applicants will need to fill out a new application for each property.
