The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency has opened its waiting list for Napier Place on a first-come, first-served basis from noon Dec. 10, 2024 until 3 p.m. Dec. 12, 2024.
Applications will be accepted for one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments at Napier Place.

Click “Apply Now” below for a direct link to the application for Napier Place. The online-only application can be submitted 24 hours a day during the open application period. The application process remains the same and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Applicants will need to have a valid email address. Once an application is submitted, applicants will receive an email confirming that the application was submitted successfully.
Applicants interested in Napier Place who need assistance may call the management office at 615-252-2288 (press 3 when prompted) between noon and 3 p.m. Dec. 10, 2024. In addition, applicants with questions or in need of assistance applying may call the Resident Services information line at 615-252-8527 (press 0 when prompted) during the open application period.
Applicants may also visit public libraries to access a computer. All 21 Nashville Public Library locations have public access computers, and neither an appointment nor a library card are necessary to use them. Applicants can visit the library’s website to find the location closest to them.
