MDHA has opened its waiting list for Historic Preston Taylor Apartments on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at noon Nov. 22, 2019 and continuing through 3 p.m. Nov. 25, 2019. Anyone currently on the Historic Preston Taylor Apartments waiting list will need to reapply.
Historic Preston Taylor Apartments is located in North Nashville and offers one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments.
Please click here for a direct link to the application. Online only applications are now being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and can be submitted online 24 hours a day.
The new online only application, which was created in 2018, is more extensive than the previous online only application and will require additional time and information. A valid email address is required, and applicants will need to create a new unique username and password.
Assistance with the application will be provided by Catholic Charities of Tennessee from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Monday through Friday during the open application period at their C.E. McGruder Family Resource Center at 2013 25th Ave. North.
Applicants in need of assistance may stop by the Historic Preston Taylor Apartments management office at 3900 Clifton Ave. between 1 and 3 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 22, 2019.
Anyone needing access to a computer with internet service may visit a public library.
MDHA opened one more waiting list this week.
- The waiting list for Parkway Terrace will be open from noon Nov. 21, 2019 until 3 p.m. Nov. 25, 2019. The property, located at 196 North Seventh St., offers one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom units. Please click here for a direct link to the application.
Each property has its own waiting list, so applicants will need to fill out a new application for each property.
