The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) has opened its waiting lists for Cayce Place on a first-come, first-served basis from noon Oct. 15, 2020, until 3 p.m. Oct. 19, 2020. Anyone currently on the Cayce Place waiting list will need to reapply.
The Cayce Place waiting list is for the units built prior to Envision Cayce. All new subsidized units are reserved for current Cayce Place residents.
Please click here for a direct link to the application. Online-only applications are now being accepted and can be submitted online 24 hours a day during the waiting list period. The application is simple and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Applicants will need to register a new username and password and have a valid email address. Once an application is submitted, applicants will receive an email confirming that the application was submitted successfully.
Applicants interested in Cayce Place who are in need of assistance may call the management office at 615-252-2280 (choose option 3 when prompted) between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. during the open application period. Cayce Place is located at 510 Summer Place and features one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments. Assistance is limited to phone calls in light of the COVID-19 outbreak.
