The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA), in compliance with Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998, has developed its Annual Plan for the period beginning October 1, 2022. The Plan is largely focused only on its use of Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8).
A public hearing on the Plan will be conducted by MDHA’s Board of Commissioners immediately following their 11:30 a.m. regular meeting on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 701 S. Sixth St. All written comments received prior to the public hearing as well as all comments presented at the public hearing will be considered before MDHA finalizes the Plan and submits it to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
