1. Architectural Services for Boscobel V and VI.

Board approval will be requested in April to execute agreements with Smith Gee Studios for Architectural Services to design the Park Point East, Maple Grove Apartments, and related infrastructure and parking projects.  The total design fees requested is $2,557,792.00.  Sitework is anticipated to start in April 2023.  Design documents will need to be submitted with a 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credit application in January 2023.

  1. Aware of Project Based Vouchers – 715 Porter Road.

The MDHA Board is being asked to approve an application by Urban Housing Solutions to add 10 units to their existing project-based voucher (PBV) HAP contract. The units are located at 715 Porter Rd., Nashville, TN 37206. There is a total of twenty (20) one-bedroom units, which are designed and intended to serve low-income deaf residents. The Housing and Community Resources Committee approved the application at their March 15th meeting.
