The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) will open its waiting lists for two family properties on a first-come, first-served basis in April 2023. Anyone currently on the waiting lists for Levy Place or Napier Place will need to reapply.
Applications will be accepted online only and can be submitted 24 hours a day during the open application period at www.nashville-mdha.org (click on the button that says Apply for Housing). The application is simple and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Applicants will need to register a new username and password for each property and have a valid email address. Once an application is submitted, applicants will receive an email confirming that the application was submitted successfully.
Each property has its own waiting list, so applicants interested in both properties will need to fill out two online applications.
Levy Place is located at 303 Foster St. in East Nashville and features one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments.
The waiting list will be open from noon April 25, 2023, until 3 p.m. April 27, 2023.
Applicants interested in Levy Place who are in need of assistance may call the management office at 615-252-3674 (choose option 3 when prompted) between noon and 3 p.m. April 25, 2023.
Napier Place is located at 648 Claiborne St. in South Nashville and features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
The waiting list will be open from noon April 26, 2023, until 3 p.m. April 28, 2023.
Applicants interested in Napier Place who are in need of assistance may call the management office at 615-252-2288 (choose option 3 when prompted) between noon and 3 p.m. April 26, 2023.
Applicants may also visit public libraries to access a computer. All Nashville Public Library locations have reopened for in-person services. While face coverings are no longer required, they are strongly encouraged for both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals while inside Metro buildings, including Nashville Public Library.
