The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) will receive bids for the renovation of a 2,943 sq. ft. building. The two-story building will serve as a resident resource center outfitted with offices, a kitchen and meeting spaces. The location will be 2322 26th Ave. N., Nashville, TN 37208.

All proposals must be received before 10 a.m. April 1, 2025. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1 p.m. March 7, 2025, with a site visit to follow.
